How does it work?

The application was created for businesses that are looking to improve operations, services, physical location based on client's feedback. In exchange the client receives a reward.

A business would request their clients to open the improov app, share feedback in exchange for a reward that has been previously created by the business in the business dashboard, example 20% Off icecream.
